3 Streamside is a lodge situated in Lanreath, Cornwall. Internally, there is one king-size bedrooom with an en suite shower room and WC, and one twin bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. Outside has a decked terrace with a table, chairs and a private hot tub. The Stonerush Lakes area has its very own restaurant and bar on site, with a pool table and dart board available to use. Gas heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 2 x TV with Freeview, 1 x integrated DVD player, fibre optic broadband. All fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 1 car on steep driveway next to the lodge. Decked terrace with table, chairs, and private hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, restaurant/pub 5 minute walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: The parking for the property is up a steep driveway.
